Test period

We are the only company that provides the consumer with the opportunity to test our appliances and return them if for some reason they did not fit you.

You can return the AkvaLIFE SPAAQUA device within 3 months, the Aquacom SPAAQUA device and the DENAS PKM device within 1 month from the date of purchase and get your money back.

Subject to the following conditions:

The device is working properly

The device is in good condition, has a marketable appearance, the operating rules of the device have not been violated.

Appliance and all products

The device and all the goods included in the set with the device at the time of purchase, specified in the delivery note, have been returned.

The product must be clean

The item must be dry, clean and free of damage, otherwise the cost of the damaged items will be deducted from the refund.


If the device was purchased under a promotion along with a gift, then you will need to return either the gift itself, or the value of the gift will be deducted from the refund amount.
